Are you a science or engineering enthusiast with a passion for connecting with people? Do you thrive on solving challenges and helping others succeed? PP Systems International is a plant, soil, and climate science instrumentation manufacturing company offering high-quality equipment to researchers globally for over 40 years. Join our team as a Technical Sales Representative, where you can combine your technical expertise with a knack for building relationships and making an impact.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build and nurture customer relationships, helping them find tailored solutions to their research equipment needs.
  • Combine your technical knowledge and sales skills to educate clients on our products’ benefits and applications.
  • Drive business growth by developing new customer relationships while deepening connections with existing clients.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A degree in a technical field (science or engineering preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 0-5 years of experience in sales, product management, or marketing—you’re familiar with the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • A knack for communication and relationship-building, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to make thoughtful, analytical decisions.
  • Comfort with technology, including strong PC, internet, and software skills, and a readiness to learn new tools with ease.
  • A willingness to travel (up to 20%) and the drive to achieve measurable growth targets.
  • Most importantly, you’re motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to our team’s success.
