WindSonic™ SDI-12

The WindSonic™ SDI-12 provides wind speed and direction data via an SDI-12 output. Features include lower power consumption <2mA in standby and a vector or scalar rolling average feature providing 1 min average and 1 min max speed with associated direction. With a robust, corrosion-free polycarbonate housing, this small, lightweight wind sensor is particularly suited to meteorological and hydrological based installations. Ths low-cost anemometer has no moving parts, offering maintenance-free operation in a wide range of applications.

The WindObserver™ 70 monitors wind speeds up to 70 m/s (157mph), offers an optional high-power anti-icing heating system and is available with a range of mounting and connection options.
The WindObserver 70 has been accepted for service by the FAA and CAA for reporting of surface wind in airport applications.

The OMC-140 Multifunctional TFT Display can be used wherever you need to visualize your critical measurement information on a dedicated instrument. When the presentation of wind information (wind speed and direction, gust, and variation, true or relative) or indication of other meteorological parameters (temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, visibility and cloud base) is required, the OMC-140 is the ideal instrument.
The multifunctional character of the OMC-140 allows the unit to be supplied for additional applications such as GPS and gyro, speed log indication, Echo-sounder display, etc.
